Final Individual Cultural Diversity Course Reflection

Introduction :

Cultural diversity is the quality of diverse or different cultures, as opposed to monoculture, as in the global monoculture, or a homogenization of cultures, akin to cultural decay. The phrase cultural diversity can also refer to having different cultures respect each other's differences. The phrase "cultural diversity" is also sometimes used to mean the variety of human societies or cultures in a specific region, or in the world as a whole. The culturally destructive action of globalization is often said to have a negative effect on the world's cultural diversity.

I enjoyed this course but there are 3 special classes that i enjoyed more

1- Outsourced : is the contracting out of a business process to a third-party.

2- Human Rights : are "commonly understood as inalienable fundamental rights to which a person is inherently entitled simply because she or he is a human being.

3- Racism :  Racism is generally defined as actions, practices, or beliefs that consider the human species to be divided into races with shared traits, abilities, or qualities, such as personality, intellect, morality, or other cultural behavioral characteristics, and especially the belief that races can be ranked as inherently superior or inferior to others, or that members of different races should be treated differently.

Student must learn about the culture diversity in this age because they see a lot of people from deferent cultures and he should know how to xchange without heart his feelings and learn how people should trade culture and take the best things from other culture . I think the best age to learn culture diversity is 19 because the student is a grownup and he start to travel and go to other country . If UAE decided to day harmony day that will be a great idea to do culture diversity with other country and they will learn about our culture and there are alot of ideas that may work such as do parties and make festivals .In dubai they have the ( global village ) and that is a great idea because there alot of countries and that show the visitors the traditions and there culture .

Conclusion :

I learn alot about my things i didnot ever hear of and i liked this class alot and i learn to respect other culture and i suggest that all people try this class .
